About

The name Banchi is a combination of the words, "Banshee" and "Chi" - Banshee, a female spirit whose wailing warns of impending death and Chi, a philosophy regarding life force. This amalgam of words represents the driving force behind the project. Life and death. Yin and yang. Banchi brings these ideas together and spits them back out in unexpected ways.

Currently Banchi is a one man show run by Jeremy Diamond, a graphic designer and artist currently residing in Reston, VA. In his spare time he enjoys thrifting, Super Smash Bros., Starcraft, basketball, and watermelon popsicles.
